What’s Wrong With Google My Business? After the initial fallout from the Covid-19 virus, business owners started noticing there were serious problems with Google My Business. These problems included: Customers not being able to leave reviews on Google. Businesses not being able to answer Google reviews. Businesses unable to change hours or schedule on GMB. What Is Online Reputation Management? Quick Important Update: Due to Covid-19, Google has disabled Google reviews and the ability to answer them. This started around March 23, 2020. Until Google lifts the action and allows reviews, I would recommend being very conservative in your actions on Google My Business. I will update as soon as this changes.
